Our program
What a week here actually looks like.
Structure isn't the opposite of warmth — it's what makes warmth reliable. Here's how school, support services, and everyday life fit together.
Education support
Homework hour every weekday, a dedicated education liaison, and direct coordination with school counselors so records and credits transfer without gaps.
Individual & group therapy
Weekly individual sessions with a licensed clinician, plus group sessions built around real skills: managing anger, naming feelings, resolving conflict.
Life skills
Cooking, budgeting, laundry, using public transit, filling out a job application — practiced on a rotating schedule, not left until it's suddenly urgent.
Family & sibling connection
Supervised visits and phone calls scheduled consistently, and active work with caseworkers toward reunification whenever it's the safe, right goal.
Medical & behavioral health
On-site medication management, scheduled medical and dental appointments, and a psychiatrist on call for the house.
Recreation & normal-kid stuff
Sports, art, movie nights, and birthdays that get celebrated properly — because a young person is more than a treatment plan.
